Q: How many different parts does USNR keep in stock?
A: USNR stocks more that 10,000 different parts in our five North American warehouses. That means we can ship most parts orders the same day from the distribution center nearest to you, saving you time and money.


Q: What machinery brands do you make parts for?
A: Over the years a number of very well known brand names in sawmill machinery and equipment have joined the USNR family. Some, like Irvington-Moore and Schurman Machine, have been a part of USNR for decades. Others, like Perceptron, Forano, and Eaves, are recent additions. Please click here to see a list of all the brands now under the USNR umbrella.

USNR is committed to supporting the machinery and equipment that were originally sold under these brands: we have all the original engineering drawings on file, and use these to provide you with parts designed to the original factory specifications for your machine. We also maintain "as running" drawings for all of our older machines, iunsuring that when you buy from USNR, you get exactly what you were looking for.


Q: Why are USNR parts better than those manufactured by others?
A: USNR parts may look similar to cheaper, reverse-engineered replacement parts available from some suppliers, but only genuine USNR parts will be cast from the original molds, heat-treated and machined to the original design specifications, and fabricated using the original jigs and fixtures. That's because we have all the original drawings on file, for every machine that we've built since the 1950s, and in some cases even longer.


Q: How do I contact USNR when I need parts?
A: Just call 800-BUY-USNR, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, your call will be answered by one of our experienced parts sales representatives. At other times you will be connected to our after-hours emergency support network.

Q: What payment methods does USNR accept?
A: We accept payment by check, or you can charge your order to a VISA, Mastercard, or American Express credit card. Please contact us to receive a credit application.


Q: Where will my parts order come from?
A: USNR has five parts warehouses located in Woodland, Washington; Hot Springs, Arkansas; Jacksonville, Florida; Brighton, Michigan; and Plessisville, Quebec. For parts that are stocked or manufactured at multiple locations, we will ship your parts from the location that minimizes delivery time and expense, saving you time and money.
